How do we get it done?

Project management and its administration is just part of the process of producing a functional interactive. Besides developing project specifications — wireframes, storyboards, flowcharts, technology specifications — there is the ongoing iterative process of design and build, which involves close communication with the client, the production team and other key partners, like fabricators and technology suppliers.

Key schedule and development milestones for review of graphic design, programming, specification updates, software prototypes, hardware design, and fully integrated prototypes — including those provided as client deliverables — are standard management practice in my approach.  This keeps the whole production team apprised of developments, as well as keeping the client informed and secure.

Finally, establishing a thorough Quality Assurance protocol — and following it — is essential to successful delivery.  Last, but not least, is the Operations Manual.
